EDUCITY STUDENT SENATE PRESIDENT
CONGRATULATION TO AKTSHARA FOR BEING SELECTED AS PRESIDENT OF EDUCITY STUDENT SENATE 2021!
Aktshara is selected to be the President of the Educity Student Senate(ESS) 2021 / 2022!
EduCity Student Senate (ESS) was a group of students who were selected from all seven (7) partner institution in Educity as the representative of the voice of the students. Their roles are to share student experience and highlight the issues within the student community. They also take responsibility to co-organise event and activities to enhance the student tertiary education experience.

The election of the Educity Student Senate (ESS) 2021 / 2022 was held in February 2021. Two students from Raffles University – Aktshara BALA SUPERMINAM [Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours)] and Hendrix YANG Ka Chun [ Bachelor of Interior Design (Honours)] were nominated for the committee of Educity Student Senate (ESS).
We are proud to announce that Aktshara (Linkedin:@AktsharaBalasuperminam) is selected to be the President of Educity Student Senate (ESS) 2021 / 2022. Aktshara is active in various internal and external community. She has been recently selected as Maybank Student Ambassador (#Mbassador) and she is also the president of Raffles University Business Club (RUBC) .
We are also proud to announce that Hendrix is selected as the ESS committee 2021/2022 who will take care of Student Development in Cultural & Arts. Hendrix is also one of the active members of the Raffles University Interior Design (RUID) Club.
We believe that both of them will do their best to lead the ESS committee 2021 / 2022.
We would also like to take this opportunity to appreciate the effort of Shane Andrew JEEVAN [Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours)] as External Affair (Industry) and Jedsel YONG Jae Den [Bachelor of Multimedia Design (Honours)] as Cultural & Arts committee in the Educity Student Senate (ESS) 2019 / 2020. Both students are also the Raffles University Student Representative Council 2019/2020.
The first batch of Educity Student Senate was formed in April 2020 (during the MCO period). The ESS 2019 / 2020 had to create virtual activities and discussions on the virtual platform.
