Our Diploma in Business Studies provides opportunities for students to develop and demonstrate business working knowledge, as well as creativity and innovation in business. The programme is designed to prepare students to be job-ready and/ or opt for advanced standing in any of the degree programmes in RU’s Business School.

Entry Requirements

Diploma in Business Studies

SPM: Credits in 3 subjects
O-level: Credits in 3 subjects
UEC: 3Bs
Others: Any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysia Government which will be considered on a case by case basis

Programme Admission Criteria through APEL.A

  • At least 20 years old in the year of application.
  • Have relevant work experience.
  • Pass the APEL.A assessment for Diploma level.

No Minimum English Requirement

* A Learning Assistance Session (LAS) (from Week 7 to Week 12) will be provided at no cost if the student fails the English assessment in week 4.

*International Students who did not meet the International English Requirement are required to enrol the RU English Preparation Programme (EPP) AND achieve the requirement of any equivalent English qualification.
