IRDA INTERNSHIP

Learning takes on a different meaning when students step into professional environments where real decisions, responsibilities, and experiences become part of their development. On 15 May, representatives from Raffles University visited Durgeswari A/P Balakrishnan, a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) student who is currently completing her internship with the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA), a key driver behind the development of Iskandar Puteri.

The visit offered an opportunity to see Durgeswari in a professional setting, applying what she has learned while gaining valuable exposure to the realities of the working world. Seeing her navigate the workplace with confidence reflected how practical experience can complement academic learning and support students in developing adaptability, professional confidence, and a deeper understanding of their chosen field.
