SDG Activities at Campus: Through Different Subjects

Raffles University proudly showcased a series of impactful, student-led academic projects that reflect our strong commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Across multiple venues on campus, students from various programmes brought learning to life through creativity, innovation, and social responsibility.

Raising Awareness on the Sustainable Development Goals
(SDG 4 & SDG 17)

Students from DIP11063 Academic Reading conducted an SDG Awareness Workshop, featuring 13 interactive booths. Each group presented findings from a selected research article linked to a specific SDG. Through poster presentations, games, quizzes, and participatory activities, the workshop successfully fostered awareness and engagement among students and staff.

Creativity, Community, and Sustainability in Action
(SDG 11 & SDG 12)

Students from ADE21043 Project Management delivered a series of creative, sustainability-focused initiatives,
including:

Coffee Art & Recycling Project
Paw Crafts Workshop
RU Creative Garden Workshop
Recycle Community Mosaic Workshop
Color in The Wind

These projects demonstrated how creativity and project management skills can be applied to promote responsible consumption, recycling, community engagement, and environmental awareness.

Promoting Integrity and Anti-Corruption Awareness
(SDG 16: Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions)
Under the theme “Integrity Matters: A Campus Awareness Campaign”, students from the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Module presented their final projects through interactive booths at the Atrium.

The campaign combined informative content with engaging activities, highlighting the importance of integrity, transparency, and ethical values in building a responsible society. The initiative encouraged meaningful conversations around anti-corruption and civic responsibility within the campus community.
