RU Play Safe: Reflecting on a Reproductive Health Education Event

At Raffles University, we are dedicated to fostering holistic education that extends beyond traditional subjects to encompass essential aspects of personal well-being. Recently, Students who are taking the subject of Project Management came together for an insightful and empowering reproductive health education event, marking a significant step towards fostering openness and understanding. The event, held on 26th June 2024, was a resounding success thanks to the active participation and candid discussions of our Raffles students.

A highlight of the event was the engaging session led by Dr Thanusha Ratna Krishnan from Premier Medical Clinic Eco Botani. Dr Thanusha’s expertise illuminated important aspects of reproductive health education and well-being, providing attendees with valuable insights that are often overlooked in conventional education.

This event exemplified our commitment to creating a safe space for discussing sensitive yet crucial topics. By breaking down stigmas and encouraging open dialogue, the aim is to empower our students with the knowledge and confidence to navigate issues related to reproductive health and health.
