Raffles University’s Faculty of Built Environment & Regenerative Design recently unveiled the final assessment presentations for the Jan-23 semester. This showcases interior design talent, and it marked the commencement collaboration between Raffles University and Eco World.

Igniting Imagination through the Eco Botanic ID Design Challenge 2023

The collaborative efforts between Raffles University and Eco World for an inspiring Design Challenge, exclusively curated for our Bachelor of Interior Design (Honours) and Diploma in Interior Design students. This captivating challenge tasked our interior designers with the mission to conceive a home of 21st-century living. The design was meticulously crafted to align with the preferences of young professionals and new families. It elegantly incorporated both active and inactive spaces, all thoughtfully arranged to optimise their usefulness. Guided by a provided floor plan, our students have begun on an artistic odyssey that merged their creativity with the practical demands of modern life.

The competition was like a blank canvas where new and eco-friendly ideas could grow. This helped the interior design students show their abilities and the importance of sustainable design in our changing world.
