LEO CLUB FORMATION

On the 8th of May 2024, Raffles University celebrated the formation of its Leo Club. The event held from 2 PM to 4 PM at Raffles University. 

Leo Club’s programme included speeches from various dignitaries, including the Leo Secretary, President Helen and Raffles lecturer Don Jerome Pryantha Jayamana , each sharing their perspectives on leadership and community service. A highlight of the event was the induction of new members and the installation of the Leo Club Board of Directors, symbolising the club’s commitment to growth and development. 

The Charter and Club Banner Presentation by the chartered president. The guest of honour, 2VDG Lion Wong Sai Kee, delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging the new members to uphold the values and mission of the Leo Club. 

The Formation Day concluded with a heartfelt recognition of cabinet officers, Lions Club, and other Leo Clubs, celebrating the spirit of collaboration and service. Raffles University is proud to support the Leo Club and looks forward to witnessing the positive impact it will have on both the university and the broader community.
