The Diploma in Psychology programme aims to provide students with knowledge, practical skills and understanding in psychology at the fundamental level. The programme will prepare students to apply their learning in various work setting related to psychology as well as for academic development. Students will be trained to demonstrate the application of psychology knowledge interpersonally, in teamwork and an organisation.

Class presentations have led me to do a lot of research, through which I’ve found my passion. My lecturers have believed in me more than I have believed in myself. Whenever I made mistakes, they would call me in person and guide me. I have never felt inferior when they were around.
Entry Requirements
Diploma in Psychology
SPM : Credits in 3 subjects AND (a)
O Level: Credits in 3 subjects AND (a)
UEC: 3Bs AND (a)
STPM: Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in 1 subject
A level: Full pass in 2 subjects
STAM: min Maqbul rank AND (a)
Certificate (MQF Level 4): CGPA 2.00
Others: Any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysia Government which will be considered on a case by case basis.
(a) Additional Requirement:
AND *A PASS in Mathematics and Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Science/ Applied Science at SPM level or equivalent qualifications.
*Note:
Those without a pass/credit in Mathematics and/or Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Science/Applied Science at SPM level or equivalent can be admitted but are required to attend special enhancement course(s). These special enhancement courses should be SPM equivalent, remedial in nature. Students must pass/credit the Mathematics and Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science enhancement courses as a prerequisite to related core courses taught in English. [Not Applicable to International Candidates]
