CAREER GUIDANCE WORKSHOP BY MAYBANK

Raffles University invited Pn Siti Fatimah Binti Abd Rahman, Regional Business Relationship Manager (HR) (Maybank) to be our distinguished speaker for a sharing session on Career Guidance which covers the topics as follows:
- Career development for a fresh graduate
- Challenges faced by fresh graduates in their career
- Impact of further study (Master programs) on career development
- Expectation from the employers on fresh graduates
The participants in this Career Guidance workshop were final-year students from Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours), Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours), Bachelor of Supply Chain Management (Honours), and Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). The workshop was organised by Raffles Centre of Professional Development (RUCPD) with the primary objective of equipping students with crucial career preparation skills.
Furthermore, students had a valuable opportunity to engage in a Focus Group Interview, thoughtfully conducted by the Maybank team. This experience provided them with practical insights and enriched their understanding of real-world career dynamics and expectations.
