The first half of our event was dedicated to celebrating the achievements of our members. Seeing our students receive recognition for their hard work, commitment, and service highlighted why the Leo Club thrives at Raffles University—fostering an environment of growth, service, and excellence. Leadership in the Age of AI

The highlight of the afternoon was our deep dive into the session titled: “We Do Not Need Geniuses. We Need Leaders. – AI Future Trends: Becoming a Leader in the Age of AI.” Our speakers challenged the audience to rethink what defines a leader. As AI continues to automate technical tasks and data analysis, the human element of leadership becomes more critical than ever. The key takeaways from the discussion included:

Adaptability is King: In a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world, the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn is the most valuable asset a leader can possess.
