Raffles University Centre of Professional Development Delivers Leadership Training for Puri Group
Raffles University Centre of Professional Development (RUCPD) delivered a Leadership Training Programme for Puri Group, Indonesia, bringing together managers across different levels of the organisation for a structured professional development experience.
The programme was designed to strengthen leadership and management capabilities while encouraging greater collaboration, communication and alignment across the organisation.
Developing Leadership and Collaboration
Throughout the training, participants explored key areas including self-discovery and career alignment, business development and innovation, data-driven decision-making, cross-department collaboration, workforce and culture management, and business ethics.
The programme combined learning with interactive activities and reflection, encouraging managers to consider how their individual roles, leadership approaches and cross-department efforts contribute to the organisation’s wider goals.
From Individual Growth to Organisational Development
A key focus of the programme was connecting personal and professional development with organisational growth.
