Teenager Wellbeing Talk at International School
Raffles University Wellness Centre Promotes Teenager Well-Being Through Educational Talk
Raffles University Wellness Centre recently conducted a Teenager Well-Being Educational Talk for students at Paragon Secondary School, led by Wellness Coach Dr Shubashini and Mr Jayson Lew.
The session explored important topics relevant to teenagers as they navigate adolescence, including consent, respect, identity and personal boundaries. Through age-appropriate discussions and interactive activities, students were encouraged to better understand themselves, recognise healthy boundaries and consider how their choices and actions can affect both themselves and others.
Beyond sharing knowledge, the talk provided a supportive space for students to reflect, ask questions and develop practical life skills to approach relationships and everyday situations with greater awareness and confidence.
The initiative reflects Raffles University Wellness Centre’s commitment to supporting the well-being and personal development of young people while extending meaningful educational engagement to the wider community.
Through initiatives such as this, Raffles University continues to empower young people with the knowledge, awareness and confidence to make informed, respectful and responsible choices.
