RESORT HOTEL COMPETITION

As part of its ongoing refurbishment project, Le Grandeur Palm Resort Hotel has extended an exciting collaborative opportunity to Raffles University, inviting our Interior Design students to participate in a Hotel Room Interior Design Competition. This initiative offers students the chance to apply their creativity and technical skills to a real-world industry brief, an invaluable experience for budding designers.

The hotel’s management aims to incorporate fresh, innovative concepts into its newly renovated rooms, and the winning design may even be brought to life. This provides students not only with a standout portfolio piece but also the potential for meaningful industry recognition.

More importantly, this collaboration reflects a shared commitment between the hotel and Raffles University to create learning experiences that align with academic goals, practical exposure, and professional development. The competition has been structured to ensure students gain insights into hospitality standards, client expectations, and design feasibility, key components of their learning journey.
