COMMERCIALISATION COLLABORATION WITH A1

Raffles University has achieved its first commercialisation project with A.K. Koh Enterprise (Also known as A1), marking a significant step towards empowering student talent and fostering real-world applications for their creativity.

In the September Semester of 2023, Raffles University collaborated with A.K. Koh Enterprise (Also known as A1) for a packaging design competition, which involved students from the Diploma in Visual Communication and Bachelor of Graphic Design (Honours) programmes. Participants were tasked with creating new packaging designs for one of A1’s products. The winner of the competition was awarded the opportunity to commercialise their design as the company’s packaging.

MOU Signing with A.K. Koh Enterprise

The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Raffles University and A.K. Koh Enterprise encourages collaboration between the two entities and provides students with opportunities to experience the real industry and bring their creative visions to life in the commercial market. This initiative offers a platform for students to showcase their skills and gain practical experience in a professional setting.

This MOU reflects Raffles University’s ongoing commitment to providing students with industry-relevant opportunities and preparing them for successful careers in their chosen fields. By signing the MOA with A.K. Koh Enterprise, Raffles University continues to bridge the gap between education and industry, ensuring that students are well-equipped to thrive in the competitive creative landscape.
