Education Consultant

1. Job Description

   1. Provide advice, guidance and information on programme modules, admission requirements and related matters to prospective students interested in courses offered by Raffles University.
   2. Assist with marketing events, such as school fairs, campus workshops, education fairs and networking sessions.
   3. Attend to walk-in, telephone and email enquiries. Generate potential leads through marketing events, social media and digital marketing campaigns, and conduct follow-ups to convert enquiries into enrolments.

   Requirements

   1. Excellent knowledge and understanding of effective sales processes.
   2. Willingness to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
   3. A minimum of two years’ work experience, preferably in an educational institution involving counselling, marketing and promotions, or in a sales-related role with a proven track record.
   4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
   5. Knowledge of and proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office applications.
   6. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
   7. Possession of own transport and a valid driving licence.
   8. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves engaging with prospective Mandarin-speaking students and parents.
