Raffles University’s Fashion Designer – TEO Cai Qing’s fashion collection – Me & I was selected as the cover of the new issue of VOUCH Style V02 – Glitz, Glam & Good Cheer. Cai Qing had recently completed her study of Bachelor of Fashion Design (Honours) at Raffles University. The collection was her artworks of the module – Final Major Studio Project 2, where she managed to complete the module in the semester of Movement Control Order (MCO) / Controlled Movement Control Order (CMCO). The collection was inspired by Daniel Keyes’ novel- “The Minds of Billy Milligan”. Each of the garment represents 1 of the selected personality of Milligan.

Besides, one of the male model in the VOUCH Style V02 – Glitz, Glam & Good Cheer is Raffles Student from Bachelor of Multimedia Design (Honours) – Destiny Aghatise.
