GLOBAL EXCHANGE OPPORTUNITY
Raffles University offers a global exchange opportunity designed to encourage both inbound and outbound student mobility experiences. Local students are invited to explore international universities, while international students are welcomed to experience Raffles University in Malaysia. This programme provides students with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse academic and cultural environments.
Through university advancement camps or student exchange programs, participants engage in immersive learning experiences that last from a few weeks to a full semester. This initiative enhances cultural understanding, personal growth, and academic development while fostering global connections and leadership skills. Students broaden their horizons, gain valuable international exposure, and build lasting cross-cultural relationships, making the experience a transformative journey both academically and personally.

INBOUND Mobility Programme
Gain a semester-based experience studying at Raffles University, located in the heart of Malaysia. Immerse yourself in diverse cultural experiences, attend innovative classes, and explore exciting local attractions. This programme offers international students the opportunity to enhance their academic journey in a vibrant, multicultural environment.
The exchange student project is available three times a year, beginning in
January – April,
May – August,
September – December,
with each semester lasting 12-15 weeks. Please contact us for the academic calendar.
The class will be conducted offline, using conventional teaching methods.
The class will be conducted in English. Exchange students are expected to have sufficient proficiency to follow the lectures and complete all coursework in English, including submitting assignments in English.
1. Nomination Process
Interested participants or institutions should contact RUCPD at cpd@raffles-university.edu.my for nomination inquiries and further assistance.
2. Selection of Modules for Inbound Mobility Project
Participants may select from a range of modules designated for the inbound mobility project. A list of available modules will be provided upon nomination.
3. Required Documentation
Applicants must submit the required documents requested by RUCPD.
4. Offer Letter Issuance
Upon acceptance, an official offer letter will be issued by the Raffles University International Office / Admissions department. This letter confirms your acceptance into the programme and serves as part of the student visa application requirements.
5. Student Visa Application
After receiving the offer letter, students must apply for a student visa to enter Malaysia. Detailed instructions and necessary support will be provided by Raffles University to facilitate the visa application process.
6. Arrival in Malaysia
Upon receiving the student visa, participants may arrange their travel to Malaysia.
7. Class Attendance
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate fully in the academic experience provided at Raffles University.
Raffles University does not offer on-campus housing. However, we recommend EduCity Village as the preferred accommodation for students. EduCity Village provides a comfortable and convenient living environment with close proximity to campus facilities, ensuring students have a supportive and well-equipped space for their studies.

SHORT TERM
UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT CAMP
Raffles University’s Short-Term University Advancement Camp is a great way to learn and explore Malaysia. Lasting from 1 week to 1 month, this camp offers fun workshops and classes to build new skills. Participants also get to visit local attractions and experience Malaysia’s rich culture, food, and traditions.
