SEASON'S GREETING

莱佛士大学 proudly presents the Industry Collaborative Project in collaboration with Season Bakery & Cafe, titled “Seasonal Greetings,” focusing on creating festive packaging designs that capture the essence of the holiday season. This project offers Bachelor of Graphic Design (Honours) and 视觉传达设计大专文凭 students an excellent opportunity to apply their creativity and design skills to real-world challenges, developing innovative and practical packaging solutions for either Christmas 2024 or Chinese New Year (CNY) 2025. 

Participants from the Bachelor of Graphic Design (Honours) and 视觉传达设计大专文凭 programme are tasked with designing a series of festive packaging that will serve as key products for the season, targeting customers aged 25-55. The designs should be both appealing and functional, ideal for gifting during festive gatherings and greetings. The challenge includes developing packaging for a variety of items, ensuring that each design is visually captivating and market-ready. They are required to conduct relevant market research to support their design decisions. This research should guide their choices regarding colours, motifs, packaging structure, and target audience preferences. Each winner will receive RM350 and a Certificate of Achievement. 

The 莱佛士大学 Industry Collaborative Project: Seasonal Greetings provides a unique opportunity for Bachelor of Graphic Design (Honours) and 视觉传达设计大专文凭 students to showcase their creativity and design skills in a real-world context. By participating, they will gain valuable experience in packaging design, from concept development to final execution, while contributing innovative and practical solutions to the festive market.
