Description: Insomnia is a common problem among teenagers, often caused by stress and anxiety, which can lead to chronic health issues. To address this issue, the Sleepcatcher is designed specifically to help adolescents and students manage their insomnia symptoms and achieve a more restful night’s sleep. One of the innovative features of the Sleepcatcher is the NFC music card, which provides users with easy access to white noise songs, a popular and effective relaxation technique. By playing these soothing sounds, users can create a calming atmosphere that helps them drift off to sleep more easily.
