Free Community Health Screening
OPPA Volunteer Programme with Support from MERCY Malaysia
Raffles University was proud to launch the OPPA (Operasi Pemeriksaan & Penjagaan Awal) Volunteer Programme, a community focused initiative aimed at providing free basic screenings and early assessments for individuals and families from the B40 group.
Organised in collaboration with TLC Healthcare Korea and Al Pine Utility Services Sdn Bhd, the programme took place on 26 & 27 July 2025 at Dewan MBIP, Jalan Limbat, Skudai. The two day event aimed to promote awareness, encourage early care, and offer accessible services to those who might otherwise go without. With the approval of the Johor State Health Department (Medical Division), the OPPA Programme was recognised as a responsible and compliant health outreach effort.

This impactful initiative earned the strong support of MERCY Malaysia, a leading humanitarian organisation known for its commitment to community support and emergency response. In a letter of endorsement, MERCY Malaysia praised the OPPA Volunteer Programme for its efforts to:
