Edutainment - explore the unique cultures of malaysia

Raffles University Cogito Ergo Club organised an Edutainment event for Raffles students to explore the unique cultures of Malaysia!
What is Edutainment?
Education via Entertainment. The students were educated about the culture of Malay, Chinese and Indian through 9 types of games / experiences in 3 stations.
In Malay’s Culture Station
- Batu Seremban (Tossing of 5 stones)
- Tarian Zapin (Malay Traditional Dance)
- Tudung Wearing (Wearing Malay’s Headscarf)
In Chinese’s Culture Station
- Chinese Traditional Fan Dance
- Chinese Calligraphy
- The Beans and Chopstick Challenge
In Indian’s Culture Station
- Traditional way of draping a Saree
- Henna Drawing
- Indian Flower Tying
After the game session, the students had a chance to taste the traditional food that represent each culture!
