Community Outreach

On 31st January 2026, Raffles University Leo Club students went on a heartwarming visit to Persatuan Kebajikan Masyarakat OKU JB – Bright To Special Home, Leo Club students took part in this community service initiative, organised in collaboration with the Lions Club. It served as an excellent opportunity for students to cultivate social responsibility, compassion, and volunteerism.

During the visit, the RU Leo Club members engaged the children in a range of creative activities, including clay handicrafts and paper crafts, creating a fun and nurturing environment. Daily supplies were also donated to support the home’s needs, and students spent quality time talking and playing with the children, building trust and friendship. The smiles and laughter of the children, alongside the enthusiasm of the volunteers, made the day truly memorable.

Special thanks go to Leo Club Advisor Mdm Eva Onn, as well as Lions Club Johor Jaya members Ms Eva Lee and Ms Inn Min, for their invaluable support in making this initiative possible. Through events like this, 莱佛士大学 continues to inspire students to make a meaningful impact in the community, turning learning into compassion, and compassion into action.
