His thesis topic was “Impact of Service and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction for HUAWEI smartphone users” that was supervised by Assoc. Prof Dr Choi Sang Long.
Mr Ryan is a Business Development Executive at an industrial gas company and joined Raffles University 2 years ago for the Part Time MBA programme. Through our night MBA sessions, he has balanced his work and study life in the last two years. After putting so much hard work in his study, he is now a qualified MBA holder of Raffles University!
