Photography Workshop

On 30 October 2024, 莱佛士大学 hosted an engaging workshop titled “Master the Craft: Content Creator Insights” at the Open Studio. The workshop, organised in collaboration with SONY and FOTO CLS, provided an exceptional opportunity for students to gain professional insights into the dynamic world of content creation.

The morning session was a hands-on experience where students actively participated in content creation exercises. The speakers shared techniques, and creative strategies to help attendees sharpen their skills. To make the session more interactive, four students — Miki, Jong Hwi, Cheng Rui, and Katelynn — served as models, allowing attendees to practice filming and photography techniques. The Open Studio and Courtyard became vibrant creative hubs, with students capturing dynamic shots under the guidance of the speakers.

The afternoon session shifted focus to editing and post-production. Participants observed how raw footage and images from the morning were transformed into polished content. The speakers shared industry-standard editing techniques and creative approaches to storytelling, offering students a view of content production from start to finish. The workshop offers Raffles University students an opportunity to learn directly from industry professionals. Through interactive sessions, hands-on practice, and creative exploration, participants gained valuable skills to enhance their content creation journey.
