Daikin Youth Design Competition 2022

Congratulation to Raffles Interior Designer – YEOH Wei Ling, from 室内设计大专文凭 for being selected as Daikin Youth Design Competition 2022 Top 10 Finalist. 

The theme of the Daikin Youth Design Competition 2022 is “Utopia”.

“Utopia, eu-topus in Greek means “a good place”. It is intended to describe a place of ideal perfection” (Daikin Youth Design Competition, 2022)

Wei Ling’s portfolio which entered the top 10 finalists is – “Macaron” which she describes it as her utopia. A fun, enjoyable and relaxed environment is created through the application of Morandi colours. She also applies a lot of fabric furniture with velvet, corduroy and soft cotton to make a soft, smooth touch and comfort area.
