Leadership development and inter-club collaboration
Building Leadership and Fellowship Through the Leo Club Joint Installation & Key Officer School
On Monday, 1 September 2025, Leo Club members came together for the Leo Club Joint Installation & Key Officer School, an initiative focused on leadership development, teamwork, service and personal growth.
The event marked the installation of new Leo leaders and induction of new members, while also providing leadership training to help participants better understand their responsibilities and roles within the Leo Club.
Developing Future Leaders
Leadership development formed an important part of the event. Through the Key Officer School, participants gained insights into leadership, teamwork and community service, as well as a clearer understanding of key officer roles and their respective positions within the Leo Club.
The experience provided participants with an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of how different leadership roles contribute to the organisation and its community service efforts.
Welcoming a New Term of Leadership
The event also witnessed the installation of Leo Clubs’ key officers for the new term, marking an important milestone for the incoming leaders and members.
Beyond the formal installation, the gathering strengthened camaraderie among Leos and Lions, bringing members together through a shared commitment to leadership, teamwork and service.
Strengthening Connections Through Fellowship
At the conclusion of the event, participants took part in a pickleball fellowship session, providing an opportunity for further bonding and interaction within the Leo community.
The fellowship activity complemented the leadership-focused programme by creating an informal setting for participants to connect and strengthen relationships.
A Collaborative Leo Club Initiative

The joint initiative brought the participating clubs together through leadership development, installation and fellowship, reinforcing the values of teamwork, service spirit and personal growth among Leos.
