Illustration Seminar

莱佛士大学 had the pleasure of hosting a creative and inspiring seminar in collaboration with Bika, featuring the talented local illustrator Jayee Lim. Known for her unique art style as “The Artist Who Doodles Monsters,” Jayee captivated students with her imaginative works, sharing valuable insights from her professional journey. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Jayee has made waves in the illustration scene, transforming her passion for doodling into a successful career. The seminar, held in the seminar hall at Raffles University, was part of Bika’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programme, aimed at empowering local talents and providing them with platforms to showcase their creativity. Students from various design disciplines attended the session, eager to learn from a seasoned artist whose work transcends traditional illustration. The event sparked the imagination of aspiring artists and highlighted the importance of turning passion into profession.
