DAIKIN YOUTH DESIGN COMPETITION

莱佛士大学 is glad to announce a momentous achievement by one of our talented students, Chin Kegan, pursuing a 室内设计学士（荣誉学位）. Kegan has been awarded the prestigious title of Winner for Best Aircond Design in the Commercial Category at the Daikin Youth Design Competition. 

About the Daikin Youth Design Competition: 

The Daikin Youth Design Competition is a platform that celebrates innovation and creativity in the field of interior design, specifically focusing on air conditioning solutions. Participants, including undergraduate students and professionals in interior design, interior architecture, and architecture, are tasked with designing projects that adhere to criteria provided by Daikin. The competition involves both project submission and oral presentations. 

The competition targeted individuals aged 18-24 pursuing degrees in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, and Architecture. Participants were required to submit projects adhering to Daikin’s criteria and present their designs orally. The meticulous adherence to guidelines, coupled with innovative thinking, propelled Chin Kegan to the forefront of the Commercial Category. 

Our student, Chin Kegan from Bachelor of Interior Design(Honours) showcased exceptional talent in the Commercial Category. His winning project, under the equipment type category, focused on the application of Daikin VRV Home & VRV S Hi Product Range for Commercial Application in Studio/Café settings.
