Bella stands for “Bright, Energetic, Lively, and Loveable Assistant. “She” is a conversational Chatbot, meticulously designed to be the front desk assistant here at Raffles University. “She” utilises Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand and respond to your queries seamlessly.

Bella and Malay Bella aims to make education more inclusive and accessible for all Malaysians.
