INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORIENTATION

Raffles University hosted a comprehensive international student orientation program with the primary objective of providing essential guidance on both academic expectations at Raffles University Malaysia and the necessary guidelines for a successful stay in the country. This informative and welcoming event was meticulously organized by the International Office/Admissions team, ensuring that international students receive the necessary support and information right from the outset of their journey.

An interesting facet of this orientation was its timing, coinciding with the festive season of Chinese New Year. To immerse students in the rich cultural tapestry of Malaysia, an engaging and culturally enriching approach was adopted. Students were encouraged to don red attire, symbolising the Chinese New Year tradition, which added a vibrant and celebratory touch to the event. This not only introduced international students to Malaysian customs but also facilitated their integration into the local culture.
