- All personnel are required to turn off lights in classrooms, studios, and unoccupied spaces to ensure efficient energy use.
- Whenever feasible, efforts should be made to maximise the utilisation of natural light sources, reducing the reliance on artificial lighting.
- The utilisation of LED lighting is implemented.
- The air conditioning system must be turned off when not in use.
- The centralised air conditioning system will be operational from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, aligning with university hours.
- Maintain a consistent temperature range of 24 to 25 degrees Celsius
- The centralised control system’s operation of air conditioning system is restricted solely to authorised personnel to ensure optimal energy management.
- All powered office equipment and appliances must be powered off or placed in standby mode during periods of inactivity.
- The university’s management is committed to evaluating the environmental impact of energy consumption in all operational decisions.
