The primary data source that was gathered and evaluated through the distribution of questionnaires using the convenience sample approach was the thoughts and responses of the lecturers. The statistics were gathered from a sample of 80 lecturers in Malaysia who contribute in the education industry. The acquired data was analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 26.0 and Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS version 3. According to study results, self-awareness and others\u2019 emotion appraisal has a substantial association with job satisfaction, while use of emotions and regulation of emotions just are not significantly related to job satisfaction. According to this study, job satisfaction is most strongly influenced by others\u2019 emotional appraisal for lecturers in education industry.
