Questionnaires were distributed through convenience sampling method to collect data from a sample of 50 management staff working in 8 different logistics companies in Johor Bahru. Data analysis was done by using Smart PLS and Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Based on the findings, customer relationship has the most significant impact on the firm performance in the logistics industry followed by information sharing, whereas internal integration does not have a significant relationship on firm performance.
