Raffles University offers a global exchange opportunity designed to encourage both inbound and outbound student mobility experiences. Local students are invited to explore international universities, while international students are welcomed to experience Raffles University in Malaysia. The exchange student project is available three times a year, beginning in

September – December,

1. Nomination Process<\/strong>
Interested participants or institutions should contact RUCPD at cpd@raffles-university.edu.my<\/a> for nomination inquiries and further assistance.<\/p>

2. Selection of Modules for Inbound Mobility Project<\/strong>
Participants may select from a range of modules designated for the inbound mobility project. A list of available modules will be provided upon nomination.<\/p>

3. Required Documentation
<\/strong>Applicants must submit the required documents requested by RUCPD.<\/p>

4. Offer Letter Issuance
<\/strong>Upon acceptance, an official offer letter will be issued by the Raffles University International Office \/ Admissions department. This letter confirms your acceptance into the programme and serves as part of the student visa application requirements.<\/p>

5. Student Visa Application
<\/strong>After receiving the offer letter, students must apply for a student visa to enter Malaysia. Detailed instructions and necessary support will be provided by Raffles University to facilitate the visa application process.<\/p>

6. Arrival in Malaysia
<\/strong>Upon receiving the student visa, participants may arrange their travel to Malaysia.<\/p>

7. Class Attendance<\/strong>

Raffles University does not offer on-campus housing. However, we recommend Hako Village as the preferred accommodation for students.
